The first step in producing a quality forging is to ensure good quality die design. Lincoln's roots originated from the Tool & Die Industry where we provided die design/sinking services for other forgers. This history has brought with it an expertise that can provide our customers with forging design assistance from prototype to production that will minimize the cost of production and facilitate subsequent machining.
Through the use of CAD and prototypes we can verify product integrity for our customers before there is an investment in production tooling.
Our in-house die design and sinking capabilities allow us to provide some of the shortest lead times in the industry.
